1. What Wazi provides

Wazi identifies incoming callers where it can, warns you about numbers that have been reported for spam or fraud, sorts your message inbox and gives you tools to block and report unwanted contact.

Wazi cannot identify every number, and does not promise to. Where it has no confident match it will tell you the number is unknown rather than guess. Warnings are based on reports and signals about a number, and are there to help you decide, not to prove that any particular caller is committing a crime. Identification depends on outside sources that we do not control and cannot guarantee will always be available.

2. Your registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and have an active mobile number to use Wazi.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
• Please don't share your registered number with other people to use.

3. Wazi Pro subscription

Wazi Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your app returns to the free version rather than stopping. No refunds are given for part-periods except where the law requires it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Wazi to:

• Harass, stalk or harm anyone.
• Get around any anti-fraud or security system.
• Reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
• Break any Kenyan or international law.

5. Limits of liability

Wazi is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, SamsVante Technologies Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including missed calls or an incorrect caller identification. Wazi is a tool that helps you make a better decision; it does not replace your own judgement about who to trust.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
